Sunnyvale, CA : 2018 - PresentWorked with Compass Group, the world’s largest food service provider, focused directly inside Google’s Food Program to envision future experiences for Googlers and the food service operation. Provided internal and external solution mapping, as well as facilitated the rollout of technology platforms in the business. Enabled scalable solutions for a rapid growth curve as well as COVID adjustments, while tying in data to create targeted, actionable analysis to better the risks and outcomes of the business. Key strategic initiatives included:
› A focus on sustainability, tracking food waste and food production efficiencies through digital tracking and data analysis

Redwood City, CA : 2018Oversight of the Digital experience and branded user experience practice for a global branding and product design firm. Worked closely with clients to strategize and envision future experience touch-points as well as how their brand could connect to their users. Developed several design frameworks for other designers to work within and lead workshops to guide customers through those frameworks. Worked closely with product designers, engineers and business partners to create holistic views of the end to end user experience.

Oversaw and was a lead contributor on innovative projects for Samsung, Blackberry, Verizon, JLR, JBL, Harman/Kardon, Ford, FCA and Honda.
